Caller: Scammer

Scammer saying that my Internet connection had been compromised/hacked and they were going to talk me through how to secure it.

I received a call from this number a few minutes ago, 14/05/2025. The funny thing was that he mentioned that my CommBank account was compromised. I don't bank with CommBank. Be aware of this mobile number, people.

Caller: THE Payapal security service....

Claiming to be from "The PayPal Security Service"

Caller: David

He called me and said someone who lives in Califonia, tried to steal my money on my commonwealth bank account lol And I said I don't use commonwealth and then He hung up

claimed to be from Paypal security, I hung up

Said he was from the Australia Government. Lots of call centre conversations in the background

Caller: Service NSW

"Service NSW" called me asking me to reset my ID with Service NSW by sending me an email with a code. The email said "Service NSW will never call you to ask for this code." I told the scammer this and they hung up.

Got a call from this number, on 01/05/2025.
Could be a scammer.
They deserve to be blocked on my list of blocked numbers.

Caller: Some one from Commenwealth bank saying I owe 700$

I called lies and they hung up

Called randomly. Didn't answer. Rang silently. No voicemail left so considered it to be a scam caller whom call random numbers in the hopes of talking to someone. Fortunately I didn't answer.

Pretended to be a Paypal Security team and noticed an unusual $750 transaction with a John Willis. Scammer.

I didn’t answer. It went to my voicemail but no message left .
I’m glad I didn’t .
After reading these comments - looks like another scammer!
I have blocked and deleted this caller .

Claiming to be from Amazon

Stated I had used my credit card to buy $800 worth of bit coin

Scammer saying internet connection is compromised

Caller: Amazon

Man pretended to be from Amazon. Said that my account had been hacked and that at 5am an order was placed for $700. "They traced it to California & as it looked suspicious they have held the order on their server." Said that they needed to verify my identity and would send a code to my phone. He did and it came from the Amazon number. I refused to read it out, he got angry, I hung up.

Missed the call lucky because u see all these comments.si just another of the million calls you block and then they call back on a different number

Called, a lady said something. Realised I wasnt who they thought I was and hung up

I received a call from someone pretending to be from Amazon. They claimed that I had purchased an iPhone.
