Caller: Danica, scam/phishing agent claiming to be from Coinbase Well spoken caller, London (UK) accent, claimed to be a security agent from the Coinbase app reporting suspicious activity on my account, namely a request from Singapore to change my account contact details having reportedly successfully uploaded a copy of my bank statement and my driver license.
They provided my correct name, email address, and phone number and reassured me that they would not be asking me for any of my private information, trying to make it all seem legit (note: Coinbase never calls, I also do not have a Coinbase account). They then indicated that they were putting a freeze on my account and that they would need me to set up a new offline crypto wallet using a pass-phrase that they would supply by text or email to keep my assets safe.

Caller: Called himself James selling puppies Watch out! Scammers from Africa ... distinct Nigerian accent pretending to be in Australia selling French Bulldog puppies... we lost our $500 deposit!
