Called and hung up immediately when I said hello. Spammer

When I answered there was quite a long silence, then a female caller with an Indian accent told me that she was from a company called "Secure Health" and began to tell me that her company could save me money on my health issues. I told her that I was quite happy with my existing arrangements and hung up. As far as I was concerned, it was a scam attempt.
