I answered. They hung up without speaking. I get a lot of these, due to having a business. I suspect they are just dialing numbers so that a call is logged and they get paid for warming the seat in all offshore call centre.

Caller: Some SEO Company Gaaaawd these people are relentless. Why will I want to engage in a cold call business with an unknown company from an obvious international caller.
