Caller: Fleetcard Calling around to speak to business owners offering fleet card to businesses. Didn’t request before and no longer operate my business, but they still call my mobile.

Caller: KOSEC Securities It appears that this number may now be a telemarketing line. Got a cold call from a very excited young man from KOSEC Securities. He offered me "A great opportunity, not available to everyone. A chance to get involved in an investment opportunity, in a company, before it's officially available as an IPO on the stock exchange..." All I needed to "get involved in this fantastic opportunity was any investment from $50,000 to $250,000!" A couple of 'no thank you's' later, I had to hang up on him mid-spiel as he couldn't seem to grasp the concept of 'not interested.' I've now blocked the number.
