Caller: IIRT third party claim party This is company called IIRT some claims company that litigates on the behalf of Asians with no insurance claiming you crashed into them, the name of this person is Kelly Russell. block the numbers, report them, litigate, raise a small claims and send a complaint to the Ombudsman. I've already supplied them with my insurance company and yet they continue to harass
