Caller appears to be Real Estate Agent, but could be dodgy call. Even sent a txt message after the call saying "I tried giving you a quick call we're currently conducting appraisals for a few of your neighbours on (undisclosed street and area), and wanted to check if you'd like to include your property as well. Simply reply YES and It's completely complimentary and gives you an idea of your home's current value. You can reach to us for anything in real estate - Buying / Selling. I look forward to staying in touch. Thanks and regards, Prince From Team Jay - Local Real Estate." The message did not indicate which real estate agency they are from so I have simply blocked this number.
