Caller: Access 365

Lady who had a clear voice said hello (in a call centre it seemed (had background noise)) and clarified she was calling from Access365, before she asked "how are you today?". There was quite a lag before she could hear me ask any further questions and I hung up. A search in the internet reveals something called Access365.com.au which purports to be helping people to shop around for cheapest private health insurance or find their lost superannuation funds from the ATO (note the letter Service is a free service. If you go to the ATO, you do not need to pay a third-party provider).

The website looks very dodgy no ABN's and very poorly written and presented.

Recorded as a "missed call" & typically, like other spammers, there was no ringing. Most likely phishers. Thanks for confirming suspicions

Likely spam/fraud call. Didn’t answer, caller back to automated voicemail saying Access365 and will try call you again
