Caller: Supposedly Energy advisers

I have had a number of calls each day from prefix 04859 then 37243 and 38309
I answered today and was told by female with strong accent who had my name, address and details on my electricity service that prices dropped on 25 April

This and similar numbers keep calling and always refuse to leave VMs. I'll never answer these pests.
