Gentleman called saying he could offer cheaper prices on electricity bills. I asked if he had a website that he could direct me to. He said, no, the company does not rely on websites, but gives offers. He was pushy, saying that the companies with websites were all overcharging me, and if I had no time now, when could he call back? I told him I was not interested.
