Like all number I have received starting with 0485 ... ... this is a nuisance call. most probably a scamming of some sort.

I called the number back and went straight to voice message from a women with an American accent: the number you have dialled is unavailable. Then the line cuts out instantly.

Scams electricity accounts which don’t call you especially not from a mobile number.
