Advised they were from Trendmicro Customer Service Team and wanted to assist with fluctuations I was experiencing on my network. I do have a Trendmicro account so I advised I was out for a walk and to call back in 30mins. I then called Trendmicro wh had no record of any outbound calls to me and there were no reports of issues on my network. I blocked the number and then half an hour later received call from 0485 933 597 saying he was callin me back as requested. As soon as I advised I believed it was a scam call as Tremicro had no issue of any conce4rns with my network the caller immediately hung up.
