If "TKW Research" gives the long-winded poorly formed explanation (excuse) as the FIRST comment about this number to convince us that they are legitimate and that they have the right to call (exempt from Do Not Call Register restrictions etc), but completely fails to declare your right to OPT OUT of this campaign and or any other campaigns they conduct, the mechanisms to do so, or their legitimate public contacts info... then even if they exist it raises some substantial concerns about intent and how thoroughly they would comply/follow all requirements, in my opinion.

The point is that many of us on the Do Not Call Register are on there because we do not wish to be contacted by any entity that is not directly related to our personal lives. We do not want our peace disrupted, especially when we ourselves, the people being affected, have not consented to these interactions. You can say you're exempt, blah blah blah, but where is your common decency? You may be exempt, but does it do your brand any good to be on these lists? It does feel like harassment. We block your number, you call again from another. None of us asked for this. Contacting people who have specifically opted not to be contacted is rank, and says nothing good about your company, or the people who gave you these exemptions and licence to pester people.
