Caller: Scammer Pretending to be Momentum Energy Called the number back from a private number. the voice recordings and number selections sound so real it would be easy to fall for the trap. Luckily, I know my bill is up to date. When i called the number back i was number 1 in the que. called momentums 1300 number straight after andim nowhere near 1st in the que..... and the selection options are completely different to this number.

Caller: Fake customer service No message left- when called back it said it was putting me through to “customer service”. Scam. Legit companies will have a “thanks for calling legit company name” first.
