Caller: Wine Concierge Club They try and sell you wine. If you refuse or hangup on them, they start calling and leaving messages which is just music playing for 3 minutes. Never, ever buy wine from them, because they just won't leave you alone after that.

Caller: The Wine Club Spoke with caller, threatened them with police action as this is an unsolicited call, the caller hung up.

Put the phone down as soon as answered. Likely to be a wine club, who just won't take no for an answer
