Caller: Fund raiser for paralympics

Lengthy spiel began by asking for donation in the thousands!

Rang and didnt leave message. Tried to call back and it dials then hags up immediately

This is a caller raising funds with for Paralympics Australia. Non-tax-deductable as it is a rund-raising competition. As per other reporter, they have some fairly hefty packages they spruik (e.g. $500 for a "bronze pack"), but each chance to win is much less.

This is a legitimate fund-raiser, and can confirm I received an email confirmation immediately from info @ paralympicsshop.com.au.

Calls house phone, never leaves messages. I refuse to return these calls to validate my number. Why bother with Do Not Call registers if governments won’t enforce actions against unwanted callers?

Called and when I answered they hung up.

Just BLOCK their number, and they can't reach you again. Hello ? Earth to you.....

They've called me multiple times in a week, no message is left. Nuisance caller or similar.

0485 904 620 called and when I asked if I could help them, they hung up. I called them back after two rings they hung up the phone. They knew I was checking on them, I suspect.
