Caller: scammer These clowns keep calling. I cannot answer my phone during the day because unlike these clowns I have a job. They do not leave messages and when you call the number it does not connect.

Local government recorded msg. Called four times, once every hour. I phoned back to receive a recorded msg "Hello, this is the number for your government representing, caring about our impact on local community"
