They are claiming to be the ATO and someone has stollen my identity ..... seriously need to get themselves a paying job like the rest of us joe blows .... makes me so angry !!

Caller: 'Josh Matthews' Saying that was from the CBA and an amount of $1299 was going to be paid to Global Tours and Travel 12th July, did I authorise this. They wanted me to check my account to see if other activity has taken place. Said I could call 13221. They also said CBA was sister company of Bendigo bank in US which is where the money was going to be paid into. I didn't check account and advised I would call the bank back myself. He made out that wasn't asking for any information just advising of fraudalent activity. I called my bank and got here to report scam!

Caller: Scam caller pretending to be from ANZ It paused for a short while after I answered then it had an automated woman’s voice claiming they were from the ANZ bank and that there had been a suspicious transaction on my account. 100% a scam. I reported them to scamwatch.
