When called back, it didn't ring and disengaged right away. It is categorised as a spam call. It called me 7 times in a row and some others in different days.

This number keeps calling and leaving a few second recorded message that's cut short. I had to remove my voicemail because of it. It's now blocked, but they keep calling, but can no longer get through as they are blocked. Still, it's a pain in the butt.
