Caller: OptiChoice Called the number back... seems to be OptiChoice; have no idea why they called and how they got hold of my number when I haven't expressed any interest in changing health insurance. https://www.optichoice.com.au/ (towards the bottom of the page, you can complete a "Remove my Number" form... sigh!!)

I am pretty sure it is a call centre for electricity account. I am getting these call a couple times a day.
