Couldn't take call, phone back and got recorded message from "customer service" with choice if pressing 1 or 2 so assume a scammer

First called asking if I’d be home tomorrow for them to install some free thing. Asked to confirm my address (they had my old address from 10+ years ago.
Called again 4 hours later. Didn’t leave a voicemail.

Called back with my number hidden and voice said ‘ this number is no longer available’

Apparently they were offering something free in my postcode. After I told them I was no longer at that postcode they just hung up - no phone manners!
Also don’t believe ‘George’ was their birth name….
