Won't take no for an answer and repeatedly calls. They stopped after 20 times of answering with the scammer payback song

Completed a survey for a youfoodz voucher and this number called me almost immediately to get me to sign up. It wasn't unsolicited since I did give me number, and they were fine with me saying no, so it wasn't too bad.
