Hey I had a missed call from this number and they didn't leave me a message. I'm not sure if it's a scam number or not.

I'm getting calls at least three times a day from different mobile numbers but all (mostly) starting with 0485 xxx xxx.
I don't answer and there's never any message left.
It's driving me nuts.
How do we stop these idiots from calling us relentlessly?
