No message. Assumed scam

Unknown caller, left a very short voicemail and sounds like they are based in a call centre

Asked if my name was ________ & when I confirmed they hung up.
They cancelled my return calls on first ring
3rd call back message saying reached Clever Contacts re fundraising - I believe it is a scam call

It was Animals asia as I donacted years ago and just asking if you want to donate again or continue donating, don’t think it’s a scam as they don’t ask for number on the back of credit card and they said they will send you a package before your first donation so that assures me it isn’t a scam

As soon as i answered instantly hung up

Called number back. They are calling on behalf of a charity but don't take incoming calls.

The caller stayed silent when you answered the call, then ended the call in seconds. Don't talk just ignore.
