Fraudulent call saying I have had unauthorised payment on my card

Called me 4 days ago from Telstra, I have nothing with Telstra. Called me again today this time from Commbank. Both scams

Caller: Supposedly Commonwealth bank - no a Scumbag Scammer

called saying i had a suspect transaction on my Commonwealth Account. i dont bank with CBA so told them to take a run and jump and blocked the number. Over scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Claiming they were from "Comm Bank"

When I answered they waited about 2 seconds then hung up. I should have checked this site first as I can see the Scammers are at it again.

Wanting a pin number, scammer.

Beware of this unlisted number as it is almost certainly yet another spoofed number being used by cyber criminals. As this number was not recognised it was left to ring out with no message being recorded on completion.

Caller: Potential FRAUD

My phone did not ring. I received a text from this number saying I missed a call and they did not leave a message. My phone provider said it's potential fraud!

Called me twice and i just hung up. Possible scam

SCAM Tried to confirm a foreign transaction as soon as said I check with my bank hung up on me

Caller: Somebody claiming to be my bank telling me that someone had tried to transfer $450 out of my account from America and then there’s been a lot of fraudulent a Tips on my account. They want to secure my account up. When I asked them what bank was I with? He said Commonwealth I said no is it ANZ I said no I said have another gas then he hung up

Just be careful of people telling you they are from your bank. Just gonna have to throw some questions in there to ask .

A message stating there has been unusual charge of $99 on my Mastercard.
I don’t have a Mastercard ;-)

Caller: Said it was from CBA security deposits

Asked if I had a security deposit at CBA,I asked what account is the call about and they hung up

Received calls from this number I blocked it because the call said potential fraud so I did not answer. Two weeks later this number called again even though I blocked it and again today 3 weeks later. Do not answer just a suggestion.

Picked up call, immediately hung up. Agree some sort of scam

Received a missed call from this number and no voice mail. Goggled the number and found out that 5 others had already reported on this same number.

Caller: Male - foreign accent

Advised - security dept. Master Card - which I don’t have

Caller: 'Amazon Prime Services'

Didn't answer. Call left a voicemail. It was 'Amazon Prime Services' Don't have Amazon Prime. Scam call.

Caller: Male voice (Possibly American or robotic)

Caller from VISA said my visa card is making transactions outside of Australia and outside of my usual spending pattern. He wanted me to confirm my card details. Being suspicious, I said I'd call him back. I immediately looked up my personal banking statements (on line) and found no unauthorised transactions to date. I tried to call him back but got number unavailable recording.

Caller: Said his name was Mark. ( foreign accent)

“Mark” said he was from Commonwealth bank about a recent transaction. Pretended I didn’t quite hear & asked him to repeat but he then hung up
