Think this was a PayPal scam

Like all the other posts here - a scammer.

Why can't ACMA get on top of this? We taxpayers fund this Government Department to protect us from scammers. They are not earning their keep!

Claimed to be from commonwealth bank

Fake Amazon Prime recording. I know this because I don't even have Amazon Prime.

This number rang at the same time as (02) 8526 6359. Two numbers at once has happened a few times now. Seriously, why can't these telcos get control of this?

Recorded message saying Amazon were taking $300 from my account.... yeah right!

Called back number 0485 883 017 & it asked for my PIN number

Said he was from commonwealth bank and they put $500 in my account incorrectly and I replied with never banked with cba and your a scammer and to f######f and hung up

Google number and came up with this page with ppl reporting it to be scam. blocked number immediately

I had the exact same thing from the same two numbers.

Something about Amazon taking money from an account I just hung up

"Steve" from Mastercard security letting me know a suspicious transaction of $99.99 had been made on my Amazon subscription. Nice try...

Advised that someone in USA was attempting to take money from my Savings account. Tried to get me to download anydesk and give them control of my computer. Have been scammed similarly in the past. Do not trust these *****ers

I didn't answer but my security said it was a PayPal scammer

Received 3 calls from this number, no messages left, after 4 rings they hang up, SCAM call

Number calls leaves no message

They did not leave a message.
