This is a scam. They are pretending to be ABN, texting people to tell them that ABN will call in the coming days to see if they can take part in an important study on behalf of a government agency.

Caller: guy named anthony?

Called my number 3 time in the past two week. When I finally answered, they talked about conducting a governmental social study. Questions include:
1. How old are you?
2. What Suburb do you live in? postcode
3. how many family members?
4. any family member under the age of 15
5. How much the family make money in total with tax?
6. ask if you work full / part time or studying
7. phone network company

Received text message from some mob called Ipsos. They claim they will be calling me in the next couple of days to take part in an important government agency study.
Not likely. Sounds a bit dodgy to me. Blocked their number straight away.
