Keeps calling and hanging up as soon as I answer. Don't even give me a chance to mess with them

Just received a call from this number as soon as i answered it hung up no words or anything spoken - Have blocked it

Caller: SCAMMER TRYING TO HACK MY MOBILE PHONE I GOT AN ALERT THAT AN ATTEMPT TO CONNECT TO MY SIM WAS BLOCKED.

I received a call from an Asian woman this morning stating she was from Bayside City Council and wanted to conduct a survey on the state of Victoria. She knew I live in Bayside and when I said that I wanted to verify that she was from the council she hung up. I do know that if a scammer can keep you on your mobile for a few mins they can hack your phone as I then got an alert that an attempt to connect to my sim card was blocked - if they had gotten into my sim they would have been able to get into my banking, emails etc,.. as everyone sends a code to my number.

Wanted to know age range, I asked questions . they hung up.

Caller: Shermaine (Australian data etc)

Claimed to be from an Australian data something or other. Called me but asked for my age, personal info. Silly scammer.
