Called a few times now. Woman with Asian accent tried to ask questions but I couldn't understand her. I hung up and tried to call her back got a recording saying that call cannot be connected. Very sus. Blocked

Some lady advised she was from the council. I do not even live in same state as the council she advised she was from. Asian accent. Rude.

A foreign woman rang saying she was from the council but the line was not clear and coupled with her bad command of english I couldn't understand what she was on about. I'm sure no council would employ a person who really couldn't communicate so my thinking is some crooked scammer is using her to dupe people.

Called saying they were from Yarra Ranges City Council. Obviously a scam as difficult to understand and no such body exists.
