Rings a few times and hangs up - so now I pickup and immediately hangup - makes whoever caller is will pay for call

Caller: Oak wines A dreadful and unethical wine sales company. Operating illegally in respect of the Telecommunications Act and the Nuisance Act. Obvious it is using robo-dialing (illegal) to hammer your phone number multiple times per day. This company needs to drown in a huge vat of its own disgusting wine. Many people (looking at the multitude of online reviews and complaints) would celebrate this company’s demise.
