He further said, he the one that rang last month and spoke with me. He said he's calling from Chong Qing but the caller display is an Australia mobile. I blocked the number

This guy call me said his name is Zhangcheng. He wanted to meet me in person to appreciate the help I provided. However, he could not recall my name, and I never help this guys before.

Spam caller. Called my wife even knew her name. Also spoke Mandarian, claims that he knew her. Pretended he was a friend that she supposedly helped out.
