missed a call from this, ring back - beep beep, no answer. I'd treat this as scam.

Same here, 2 calls today , numbers one digit different

Impersonating Telstra, spoke of public-private ip address. Knew my surname. Pretended to have Telstra ID 13776721 which I could verify in google web browser ?? and said his name was Eric Wilson.Call disconnected shortly after. This was half hour after a similar call from female on 0485 978 587.

Suspected scam call. No message. Mobile number others have reported as scammer.

Number 0485 869 397 called me today. I answered the call but there was no response so I’ve now blocked the number.

Definitely scam, answered - no one on the other side. Earlier today received a call from essentially the same people, just last digit was different - 0485 869 396.

Caller: “Peter”

Said they were from Telstra and my IP had been leaked. They wanted to “help” me.

Woman said she was from Service NSW, a gov Dept. I said I don’t live in NSW. She kept asking. My email address, would not let up. Eventually I hung up.

I answered with my name then they tried to confirm my name. Sounded noisey in the background when I tried to confirm who they were they hung up.

Ignored the unknown caller. Call ended, no message,

They are impersonating Telstra - hung up when I asked them why they were calling me about an IP address
