Caller: Superannuation Comparison Company I was polite and explained that I was working and couldn't talk at that time. This was after already spending 3 mins talking to the guy. He kept insisting that it wouldnt take long, that he understood we are all time poor but that it would take maybe 5-10 mins. I again explained that I really couldnt, I was at work and had work to do. After the 3rd time saying to him, look im really sorry I know you are just trying to do your job, but I need to go and do mine... he just kept saying the same thing. So in the end, I had to just hang up.
I am gathering that hang ups dont count as a negative on their KPI's or something, but a "can you call me back later" probably does.
