Caller: Real Estate Agency in Pakenham Called twice, called did not leave a message the first time. Called again just under 2 hours later, I answered, did not quite catch the business name. Caller said an agent would be in our suburb tomorrow and wanted to know if we would be interested in a free home appraisal.
