Constantly calls over days, always rings exactly 28 seconds to avoid voicemail.
Assume SPAM/SCAM

Constantly calling, not replying

Repeated phone calls and but no response when answered.

Has called numerous times in last few days and hangs up when reception desk answers.

Don’t answer. Just trying to get you to switch.

Answer but nothing on the other end.

This number has a pattern from similar numbers 04858 ....... Who ever the Entity is calls in the afternoon between 4pm and 6pm without leaving any messages . Once I called the number the male voice was heard saying " thank you for your call please leave your name and number and we will call you back ..... " It is a scammer don't call them back .
