rings 3 times - then to message bank but no number. tip I've use this many times - "I live in an RV, dont have power, don't have internet, don't pay anything to anyone so unless you can give me free diesel - your wasting your time"

Someone called from this number about my 'power services'. When I said I don't have power services he shockingly said 'you don't have power services?'. I live at my parents. Scammer!
