Called and hung up... Unknown likely scammer

Called about a survey. I hung up 10 seconds into the call.

Caller: Scammer

Claims to be selling solar panels. Reads a wrong time and address. Says they have the right phone number. they try to make you say certain words. No matter how many times you say they have the wrong number. They try to sell you something. after you stop answering their questions and they hang up, tries to immediately call you on a different number

Called , no message just hung up .

Jamies from icare. I pressed for more information and could he spell the business name as I know iCare would not be calling my about the upcoming market insurance rises. When asked to clarify the business name he hung up. I also know iCare would not be calling me from a mobile.
