Caller: Bill cousins? Blocked. I don’t know a bill cousins. I called back and it’s a message bank to press 1 to be scammed or 2 to lose your house.

I call this number back, I have answered it before and got silence then disconnected. I don't know "bill cutters. They keep calling and never leave a message. Previous comments warn if an aggressive scam, not just telelmarketing
