There was noise, wasn’t brave enough to say anything when I answered in and angry voice

Rang back a few times, it’s a scammer!

Number keeps calling - usually a missed call - I never managed to pick it up in time. Tried to return call but recorded voices says unable to connect at that time and try again.

Cold call about solar panels. Yet another one who can't be bothered looking at the "do not call register" before calling.

As soon as I answered they hung up.

No one there when I answered. I did put on a gruff voice so may have scared them off!
