Scammer. Cold calling.

Another scammers spoofed number. Shows up as an unidentifiable number. That tells me its from a computer.
When even google doesnt have a history of a number I suspect them & dont answer. I see always the map after reporting these numbers, always shows as a Melbourne CDB area. Why is that? Doesnt even Telstra know what towers are being used.
