Caller: PayPal recorded message Rang the number back a woman answered and said she never made a call. Went back to listen to the message bank message which is a paypal message saying 900$ has been debited from your account press 1 to continue. Sent on a warning to the person who did answer and told them perhaps their phone number is being used to bounce off .
