Caller: Claimed to be from Vodafone Told.me could he reduce my Vodafone bill by 40%. I asked if this was from my existing Vodafone bill, he said yes. I played along for a bit, but then he wanted to send me a OTP.. At this point I called him a scammer and he hung up. Never give out a OTP (One time password) to unknown numbers. For the record, I'm not with Vodafone.
