Caller: michellemartin8221 @ gmail.com This is a real estate rental scam.
They contacted me via Whatsapp after I shared my phone number via email from a Facebook post advertising a granny flat for rent. I didn't see the scammer signs - poor grammar and english, and was a brand new FB user. This is the phone number they used to contact me on Whatsapp demanding a deposit or bond before viewing the fake property.
