Missed a call and when called back, the message said I had received a collect call from "Community Correctives" from an "Australian Chargee"

called, I answered and it immediately hung up. Weird

I have asked this number to stop calling me i block it and they call from a slightly different number. WHen I ask them to stop calling they laugh at me.
