Called twice

Claimed to be from Belouis investment group??
They called twice and I said hi xxx speaking but there was no one there, they called a third time a few days later, I picked up and she said she was with that company and I would go in the draw to win $10k if I signed up to attend a virtual session. She said I had to confirm some questions to be eligible, she said I owned my home, had one dependent, (wrong)had $250k equity (wrong) in my home, asked for my husbands first name, asked how much we owed on our mortgage…, I said I wasn’t comfortable sharing the last part and she said she would leave it there and call back 4 days later and to check out the fbook page. According to Copilot, this pattern exactly fits with an investment property lead call but it felt ‘off’ and pushy.

Spam for sure keeps calling but hangs up

I assume it was a spam call. So far they've called me twice and my phone keeps telling me it's a spam call so I haven't picked up. But looking at everything here I'm glad I didn't pick up in the first place.

Caller: Aussie sounding woman, very friendly customer service type voice.

Claimed I had ticked the box on a survey saying that I was a home-owner and this survey would have bene with Coles, Woolworth or Bunnings. Claimed I had won $10,000.
Seemed sus when pressed for details, definitely giving scam energy.

Didn’t answer the call

Phone numbers with similar digits also receiving.

Didn’t leave a message on my phone, called back and they hung up in the first few second after connecting without ringing. They called back and when I answered before I even said hello they said hi, used my name and said I’d entered a survey meaning I could win $10,000…

Caller: "Competition winner" Scammers

I called them back because my phone automatically blocked the call. They answered as soon as I dialled and knew my name. They quickly said that I'd entered a contest and because I was a home owner I could win $10,000.....I'm not a home owner lol, and I didn't enter any contests.

I just said " oh that's wild, because I'm not a home owner" and they awkwardly apologised and hung up.

The lady had an Aussie accent, but you could hear other people in the background.

Super dodgy, definitely a scam.
