Calls persist from this and similar numbers wanting to know if I'd heard about the solar rebate system. These people never give up and call constantly from landline numbers and mobiles. Everyone blocked so far, but another number is then used.

Nuisance calls every 50 mins on a Saturday afternoon from many similar numbers (last 3 digits are different) - no messages left by any number - have now blocked them all.
