The number rang, my phone showed "suspected spam call" so I silenced phone and let number ring out. They rang back immediately (which is my family's and I's "it is an emergency" type of phone call, so I answered it. Very long pause, and I was about to hang up when someone said their name (can't remember what the name was...not important) and started asking me VERY personal, financial questions about my electricity bill. He had still not said what company he was representing and I am one of those people that revisit my electricity bill/plans every 12 months to find a better deal and save money, so I just said "I am happy with my electricity plan, thanks for your call anyway" and hung up.
