Picked up and asked for a person. I told them no such name and hung up. Most of the calls from a scam who was checking if my number was active. Blocked the number

I had a missed call from this number, So I called the number back and it's not connected

Caller stayed silent on the call for 30 sec then hung up.

i don't know who this is but they rang and didn't leave a message so i can only assume they are a telemarketer
