TKW should know that I am on the do not call list, so should not be calling me ever. In fact I will call them now and REMIND them of the LAW! I blocked them yesterday that should have told them that I do not want to be called!!!! Instead they just used another number to call me!

Maybe you should read up and reacquaint yourself with the LAW yourself. There are institutions that are exempt from the Do Not Call Register. Like it or not, you just have to live with it.

That is what they do to me daily. I tell them daily I do not live in the council area they are surveying and that I am on the DO NOT CALL register.

Someone called asked for survey, I asked if they can just send the survey via email but they insisted that they only do the survey via phone call. I made an excuse to just call

It appears each and every time you make a purchase from any reputable or not company or bank your details are sold off to telemarketers using the term of "claiming market research" to get around the laws of the DO NOT CALL REGTISTER - clearly the government are fully aware of the loophole - hence why they do sweet F all.

Who is excluded from the Do Not call list?
There are some exemptions to the Do Not Call rules. Because of the limits to FTC's authority, the Registry does not apply to political calls or calls from non-profits and charities (but the Registry does cover telemarketers calling on behalf of charities).

I'm also on the do not call register. Means absolutely jack sh!t! I've blocked them 100 times over but they just use different numbers. Next time they call, I'll be speaking to them in my native tongue, damn nuisances
