Didn't leave a message and I don't recognise the number,but also my ph didn't seem to ring but ph says missed call with this number? Due to DVO I don't answer anonymous calls!

Asking if I was the account holder for the electricity account. Asked if I was still living at current address. When questioned about what the address was they hung up.
